Bring your DSLR and learn what your camera is capable of. Learn the different settings and what can be achieved. Learn when to use program, program shift, aperture priority, shutter priority, manual, different metering modes, RAW, TIFF, JPEG. Learn about composition, depth of field, and the rule of thirds. Learn about file management and how to find your images later. Basic capture workflow and how to import your images.

Learn about layers, cloning, sharpening, converting to black and white, Creative Suite versus Photoshop Elements, RAW versus JPEG, levels and exposure adjustment.
